New fridge won’t cool all of a sudden

We have a new FR3 with a side by side doors refrigerator. We just got back from our first trip. Was cooling ok until we got home last night. This morning no matter what I tried it will not cool down either on electricity or propane. Even cranked up to level 9.
Looking inside the fridge I noticed this cable was disconnected so I connected both ends. Still no change.
Any advice? TIA

That cable was your problem. It is called a thermistor. It controls the temperature of the fridge. It slides up and down to adjust temp I don't know where yours should be. Mine is closer to the bottom. Turn it on and wait. Somebody probably hooked the wire and pulled it apart while emptying the fridge.

Man I was afraid of that. Thanks for the info. I slid it down to be at the bottom third of that metal piece. Hope that makes the cooling kick in. Sure is a funky design IMO
