No flame

The stove has worked fine in our 2014 Mirada until two weeks ago. Now two burners won't light. Can I do anything, or should I just call a repairman?

Thumbs up

There are 3 burners - one front center, then back left and back right. The back right works. The igniter clicks when trying to light the other two and I can smell propane. I just tried a match, but it still doesn't light.
Thanks a bunch for the help. 🤠👍

Interesting that a match won't light them if you can smell LP. Can you hear the burners "hiss"? You might listen to the good one for comparison. Then I would clean the burners because food can block the little ports. I am surprised that all the ports might be blocked on 2 burners though.

No need to call a repairman. Lift the lid of the stove and get to the burners underneath. Clean gas tubes. If the 'tubes' are clogged (spider webs, bugs, soot, food debris, ect) and propane is backing up and leaking into the area, you very well may have some type of explosion (not good). Stop with the open flames until you check the tubing for being clogged.

There was a report on here a couple of weeks ago of a stove exploding.

If you hear/smell gas and the burners won't light, you need to get someone with experience looking at it.

From our vantage point, us internet repairmen are only guessing. We might suggest things we'd do because our experience level make us comfortable doing so but we have no clue of yours. Don't get hurt trying things you are unsure about.

One burner lights....
Propane getting to one burner.
two burners do not light.
Propane getting to one burner.
Propane not getting to two burners.
Lift lid.
check for blockage at the gas/air mixing area of tubes.
Easy to look at and take apart.
Know what you took off and where it goes back on.

I asked my wife and she said that I could look at my stove (and fix it).
Ok... I did not ask my wife... she just said Fix the Dang stove or she will buy a new camper.... spider web 'nest' cocoon... wife does not get new camper.

So.... don't look at it and buy a new camper....
