Also if since your powered up and lights are dim battery has been drawn down to almost dead . the problem will have to do with the converter

Took the panel off. No evidence or wires being shorted out.

Spoke to the dealer. They’re fairly confident it’s a fried charge board. Not much they can do over the weekend. Sounds like I have to order the part, and head home for the weekend.
Thanks for your help everyone.

Put a portable battery charger on the battery for the weekend and enjoy the stay.

There is a resettable inline fuse within 3' of the battery under the tongue. see it is working. you need a voltmeter.

Only because it happened to me...
Underneath the trailer you will see a couple of the big ground cables (from battery and converter) connected directly to the trailer frame. Make sure those connections are tight and clean. My furnace misbehaved when those connections got dirty and rusty. They drew the apparent voltage way down.

Check the reverse polarity on the deck mounted converter. Have a friend who had a Cherokee with a deck mounted converter and the fuses were hard to get to.

Update! I took the panel off, and got to the deck mounted converter. Both 35A fuses were blown. Replaced them, and we’re up and running. Didn’t have to replace anything else. Furnace works. USB and all other outlets work. Lights work. The battery now shows as full on the indicator panel. All good! Thanks for all your advice. Camping for Easter is still on!

Excellent.
Anytime repairs don’t cost a fortune, is a major win.
Enjoy your camping adventure and stay warm.

That's not quite what the panel is indicating. What the panel is indicating is that the converter is applying the full charge voltage to the battery and to the trailer appliances. If you were to have applied the voltage for just a few minutes and then removed the fuses again, the indicator would have shown the voltage drop.
