NO POWER to Jensen DV 2011 Radio/dvd

Ok we have a 2014 Work and Play 25 ULA.... have had lots of issues with it in the past. We thought we had all the bugs worked out...but no!

Ok today went down to turn on refridge and put stuff away. Wne to turn on the radio and NO POWER... had our gens running. Checked all the fueses.. all good.

Turned off the gens and still not power to the radio. Reset the GFCI switch.. still no power and its just the radio. Everything else works.
This radio is only 20 months old.

It is one of those Jensen DV 2011 radio/dvd player/ some other stuff we do not use.

Getting ready to go on a trip and would really like to have some music. Any ideas greatly appreciated.

When you said you checked the fuses, are you talking about the fuses in the trailer fuse box (main panel) or fuse in the stereo? There is a 15 AMP fuse in the back of the stereo itself.
