no tv reception

Just purchased a 2016 3010DS Sunseeker. Having trouble with cable tv. Aleady tired booster button, didn't work. All 3 TV's will not pick up cable channels. Did a factory reset on all TV's (set language, cable, etc) still not working. Called dealer who tried trouble shooting over the phone, no success. Never had this problem with travel trailer, I'm I missing something. Please help before I lose my mind.......

X2
Set tv for cable.
Then auto search channels.

Booster button is ONLY for over the air antenna.

also...check the "source or input" on the tv's. Should be set on "tv". They may be set on "video or hdmi or vga"

Make Sure that little button is off on your antenna plate, That amp has to be off for cable. Just as Turbs pointed out. Then go to cable and search. I forget all the time but I drink....

All your replies are great. I have tried all those recommendations, nothing has worked.

My entertainment unit was our only source of frustration on our first camping trip. Manuals were of no help though eventaully through enough experimentation, I was able to get it working again...albeit nothing to shout about.
Like others, the tv is the least of my priorities when I do camp, but there are times/situations when I would like it to function as intended.
Wish I could offer more than a sympathetic ear.
Best of luck.
Cheers,
Joe

Run the external co-ax cable directly to the input on the back of the TV, rather than to the outside connector. This way you can confirm that you are getting a good signal and that the TV is working properly.

If this works OK, then something inside the RV is a problem.

Before you go crazy are you sure the cable is activated? Are you home or on a site? If on a site what does the campground operators say? Do you have enough cable to run from the post to a tv? can you pick up a picture over the air with the antenna?
