No video ZX600

When playing a DVD audio works fine but no video?? Worked fine last year. Pulled unit out of wall and checked all connections, they were ok?? Anyone have this problem and a solution??

Asking the obvious but is the tv input set to Video1 (or whichever tv input the DVD is connected to)? In our TT the DVD sound is piped directly to the overhead speakers (so there is no sound at the tv speakers when using the DVD) so it always tricks the DW into thinking there is something wrong with tv.

Forgot to mention that, tv is set on AV1. I also tried all video settings on tv, hmmmm? Will have to try another portable tv or player to eliminate current tv video connection.

If you do a search, you will find a lot of problems with concertone units. Mostly the units themselves.

When you pulled the unit out, the red and white are audio, and should be plugged in to audio in, from the tv., and the yellow is video, and should be plugged in to video out. The 16 pin connector goes to the speakers, the small 4 pin with red and black are power.

Make sure the yellow is in video out, and the other end is connected to the tv, video in. Might take an ohmmeter and check the cable. If the tv is good, then it has to be the unit.

my concertone dvd worked fine and now have no picture to tv, the suround sound is working for volume just no picture

Well we've been pretty lucky, for three years it has worked great. We use the radio and ipod all the time. Have only watched about ten movies with no problem. Go to use it for the first time this year and no video, audio ok. Trailer was back at factory in February to have walls and roof replaced, so I thought maybe they had to remove unit and didn't hook everything back up? I removed unit checked all audio and video connections, reseated them still no video. I will have to get a portable tv with a video input and try to isolate the problem, tv or ZX600.
