Norcold 4 door fridge problems wont freeze

Hi,

I have a 2015 5th wheel with a Norcold 4 door fridge that the fridge works great but the right side of the freezer won't freeze food. The left side works great but not the other side.

I have checked the seal and the level but nothing helps. The freezer shows 10 degrees and the fridge is under 40 degrees. The right side of the freezer also shows 10 degrees when I check it but it won't freeze ice and the other day I put frozen ice cream in it and it melted. Any ideas?? Help please!
