I cannot always help as quickly as folks may like and none of us understand the circumstances others are going through.
All further warranty issues, are to be brought back to your dealer's attention. Give him my phone number or email and I am happy to help them. This is especially true for our Canadian friends as parts and shipping have procedures to go through.
If you are out of warranty you may continue to contact me via email or phone and I will do my best to direct you to a proper solution.

My goal has always been to HELP, but some how I have now become the first line of defense which was never my intention because as you see I am not always instantly available.
