Oh no concertone!

Today tried every possibility to improve/correct video problems with my zx 700 from all of the posts that are on here, no go! I don't have the video adapter yet, thanks to BOB FIELDS not coming thru for us. Now after all this wait and the promises I believe Concertone and Bob Fields should deliver the new model gt3 that is currently available. I'm just kind of disgusted wasting my time with this thing! I've easily a half a day or better dealing with this. NOT WORTH IT.

Did you try calling Bob or leaving him an Email or sent him a PM?

From my experiance with Bob he responds well

I am sorry that your Concertone is not working. It really must be frustrating to deal with.

How much time has past from the time Bob made that promise to you? From what I have read here on this site Bob been very helpful to many members here. Not to make excuses but sometimes there are delays belong one control (right or wrong it happens).

I sent Bob a pm weeks ago, with no response at all. Maybe he was downsized.
oh well I see them as an equal to a windows operating system, I know it won't work properly but I accept it and use what I can of the system.

Enough time has passed - Try contacting him and/or FR again. Don't toss in the towel now - each time you see the Concertone you will be reminded of the disappointment.

BTW - what is different about the Concertone units? (Working correctly unit) I don't think I have one otherwise I would know what it is.

Bandwidth - how much do you have?

I cannot always help as quickly as folks may like and none of us understand the circumstances others are going through.

All further warranty issues, are to be brought back to your dealer's attention. Give him my phone number or email and I am happy to help them. This is especially true for our Canadian friends as parts and shipping have procedures to go through.

If you are out of warranty you may continue to contact me via email or phone and I will do my best to direct you to a proper solution.

this will speed up your response as that is their primary role!

My goal has always been to HELP, but some how I have now become the first line of defense which was never my intention because as you see I am not always instantly available.

As always, I am happy to speak with any of you, most especially if you have not gotten support through the proper channels.
