One Control and HVAC

Are any of you getting A/C control access on your One Control panel or smart phone LCI app?
It seems I should have it but not showing up. LCI support says it should and if I can find out from FR where the HVAC controller is, they can talk me through linking it up. FR email tech gave quick answer of "you can't get it on your One Control." So.... I have 2018 Forester Class C, Model 3011DS.

As far as I know FR did not utilize the HVAC option in the One Control systems installed in the Foresters to date. If you have a standalone T-stat it has not been implemented. The HVAC control for One Control is part of the Generator Genie module. There are multiple versions with and without the HVAC support. Those without do not have the connectors or electronics for HVAC control, although the PCB will have the empty space for the components.

Now that makes since. I do have the stand alone panel and a remote. Thank you.
