I would replace my Concertone with a Concertone ZX-800.

Nothing comes close to the features in a 12 volt platform.
Check their web site and contact customer service for your options.

PS I can reset your account if you want.

Would you rather be Rockin 34 or Rockinwood?

I have the Jensen AWM965, but would love the AWM975 for the HDMI, weatherband, and external IR port. The 965 was the replacement to the "Don't" Touch Audio and it seems to be great so far. If it fails, though, I am moving up to a Pioneer Appradio or Kenwood DVD unit.

Come on Rockinwood! If you are in CE (as I am) you would know this is not $100 and even if you believe it is, why would the unit with less features be worth more?

Now, I can understand you may want a different brand based on your experience and with that I can accept (if I have too), but if you read these forums (especially the last two years) you will see a marked diference in people's opinions. Heck now, days and weeks go by without comment and you will even find folks actually admitting they like their Concertone systems!

Having grown up in MA, sometimes I feel like saying your happy with your Concertone is as hard as saying your a Republican from Massachusetts! People look at you funny...HAHA

Our newest systems (especially the ZX800) have more features than any 12Volt in wall system available and our expansion into the industry continues both OEM and Aftermarket.

If you are interested in giving our new products a look, I am happy to work with you as I can.

Best of luck!
