Outside speakers not working ZX600

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum and also new to camping. I inherited my brother's camper when it was only a year old. It is a 2009 Wildcat 32QBRS 5th wheel and it has the TV window in which the TV can be watched while sitting outside. It worked fine until this summer and now no outside speakers but the inside speakers work. We take his childen camping with us when we go and they really enjoy this feature. Any suggestions that could help us fix this ourselves would be very appreciated.

Check the wiring, I had the same thing happen on my new camper, and it was a wire that came loose on the speaker. There are a bunch back there, but you should be able to tell if one is not attached.

On my ZX700 there is ABC selection for speakers to be on or off. On my unit C is for outside speakers and need to select "on" for them to work?? Could it be that on yours too?

Yes, if it worked before and now does not, has anything else changed or did something happen before they stopped working? Hopefully you already know about the A/B/C speaker selectors or else you have probably been annoying most of your neighbors as you rocked out inside! :-)
It seems weird if they both stopped working at the same time. I agree to check the wiring inside and out (at the speaker). Also check the speaker itself...

Outside Speakers

Thanks to all of your replys. I guess I should have checked with my husband first. He said A works B and C does not. He is very mechanical but this is our first camper. He will pull it apart and check the wires. Thanks for your help.

Just to let you know, my husband checked the wiring and it was a loose wire. So problem is fixed. Thanks again for all your help! We are taking my nephew and niece camping next weekend and they will be able to enjoy watching their movies while sitting outside once again!
