Outside tv

We have a 2016 sports coach 407fw and we have direct tv installed. The outside tv is suppose to be connected to the bedroom tv. The satalite will not come on the outside tv. Does anyone know how the outside tv can be taken down to make sure all the cables are connected.

The only way I can get my outside tv to work is to run a cable directly from the satellite to the outside tv.

Hope that helps,

The problem is we can not get to the back of the tv. It's mounted outside pretty flush

I actually run the cable to my satellite receiver and then an hdmi cable from the receiver to the outside tv, you can find a 90 degree hdmi adapter for tight fits or I imagine a 90 degree coax adapter for the coax into the tv as well

If you feel behind the TV there is probably a nylon "cord" hanging down. Pull that down and the TV should unlatch from the mount.
