Outside TV mount

We have a surveyor sp295. For us this TT has every thing we wanted except a way to mount a TV outside. I spend most of my time outside when camping, I currently use a small fold out table to hold a TV I worry abou it getting knocked over and busting the TV.

I was thinking about buying this TV Fixed Mount - Mcnaughton Inc 91136 - TV Accessories - Camping World

My questions and concerns is it smart to mount this on the outside of the TT. Drilling in the side of the TT ok? Has anyone done this or would it be ok? I would seal around the mound to protect from any water intrusion. Any pointers would help a bunch.

If you are gonna take it off and on, it's a pain the way it hooks together. I have one in my bunkhouse. I would try to get one that is easier to attach. The one in the picture only holds small tvs also. I think up to 27 inches.
