Oven burner only lights 1/4 length

I've got a new 2018 2906ws and it's been in the shop since mid Feb with this oven issue.

Been called to pick it up twice but both times when i tested the oven, it had the same issue.

I'll light the pilot, then turn the oven to lowest temp. I can watch the flame move all the way to the end of the burner but then it lifts off and only about the first 1/4 of the burner stays lit. The rest spews unburned propane which enters the coach.

The dealer has replaced the regulator and other parts but still hasn't fixed it.

Any clues on what i can tell them? Shouldn't the oven mfg been involved by now or the oven replaced?

Thanks

I found on mine that it took a solid 10 minutes or so of running to purge all the air out of the system and for my burners to fully light.

Have you let them run that long?

We've used the oven a few times before turning it in for service.

Are you saying that the first time out (after opening the propane tanks) you'll need it to run for ten min or so for the purge? I can see that, but this is every time we use it from a cold oven.

For example, first day it'll have the issue and we let it run until i can get the full burner lit, but then we'll have the same issue the next day.

Fixed

So after far too long in the shop, and after they replaced a few parts, they finally got it fixed... but had nothing to do with the replaced parts.

At the far back end of the burner was some adjustable valve that was open too far. Took the oven vendor tech to come out and fix it.
