Oven Hinge Problem

I have an oven problem. The hinges are bad on oven door. I have a 2014 FR 38FL Cedar Creek model. It is a surburban oven w/3 top burners. I can't find the model number anywhere viewable. Here's the deal....
I need to find some kind of info on how to remove hinges and where to purchase new ones.
Thank you so much.............Craig

Oven hinge problem

I'll do that. I would like to have hinges in hand before I attempt to remove existing ones Does anyone know how to remove the hinges on oven door?
It looks simple but I always like to have a clue

That could still be under Manufacturers warranty yet might be two years.
