Palomino Sabre thermostat wiring

I purchased a Palamino Sabre (made by Forest River) last year with a Hunter model 44155c digital programmable thermostat. I have been having trouble with the thermostat and am wondering if there is an issue with the thermostat wiring or the thermostat itself. First I want to make sure that the wiring is correct on the thermostat. Here is how itís hooked up:

Green wire - G
Red wire - Rc
Brown jumper wire from Rc to Rh
Orange wire - Y/0
Yellow wire - Also to Y/0
Blue wire - W/B
White wire - Y1

There is also a brown wire from the wiring harness that is not attached to anything. Iím assuming itís not needed since the jumper is installed.

Does this sound correct? I cannot find a wiring diagram anywhere. The problem Iím having is the a/c stays on all the time - even when calling for heat, I turn it to off, or the cooling temp has been reached. Also the fan stays on all the time when on AUTO and turns off when I put it to ON. Trying to find out if someone messed with the wiring and messed it up or if the thermostat itself is whatís causing me the problems.
