We have a 2016 FR3 and the pioneer entertainment system has never worked right. It is very slow, often locks up, shuts on/off and is very temperamental. It acts like the old dial up vs high speed internet. It keeps saying "set up failed retry", maybe this is why it is not working correctly. The only setup feature for the general system has already been completed. Anyone else having problems?
Yes.... same exact problem with this model.. appears to be a flaw in this
model. Only fix is to send in for repair. Check google with this model
number. Apparently pioneer electronics is not happy to honor warranty
work on their product if you are passed the warranty period. I suspect
your dealer may feel the same way. Apparently the repairs from Pioneer
do not hold up either from my research . Currently looking into a
replacement from Kenwood. Will not be using Pioneer products in the
future. Hope this helps..
