Playing DVD

I have a Venturer 22 inch LCD, a ZX600, wp8rca, and a wptft-4 in my Rockwood 8280SS. When in insert a DVD the sounds plays thru the speakers but I can not get a picture thru the TV. What settings do I need to change to make this work.

Also the sound from the TV will not play thru the speakers unless I move the TV sound out from the wptft-4 wall plate behind the TV to the WP8RCA plate.

You have to put your TV in video mode should work fine and i think you have to use the red yellow,and white rca jacks to get sound through your speakers and plug into the game jack on the wall plate but i may be mistaken

I have the same setup in my V lite. The black TV control has a TV and an AVin button on the bottom of the controller. To platy a DVD, for the picture, you must push AV in. You should see a pic of a tropical islsnd sandy beach scene. To get sound, you must have the input button on the concertone remote switched to input 1 or 2, (I don't recall which one.) If you have kids, it gets even worse, they tend to want to hook up video games-(PS3), and that requires unplugging the headphone jack that is on back of the TV, and plugging it in to the game. VERY complicated system.... (at least for me!) Hope this helps you! Randy

You should be able to plug PS3 in to RCA jacks down by the antenna. Use the thumb slide to select the RCA as input. Then change Concertone to input 1 or 2. The TV sound while using it as a TV will be Concertone input 1 or 2. The same thumb slide allows you to select SAT radio input.

When playing a DVD, you should have to select a Concertone input.
