Thank you for contacting Dometic. Our AC are seal units. Depending what is going on with your ac that is not working replacing might be best. Warranty is 2 years from the date of purchase for the original owner.

I am seeing a number of complaints on the Dometic Brisk Air II 15K a/c units. Has a cause and solution been found for the repair of these units or is a replacement the only/best option? I have successfully repaired other coils in the past, but I am unclear if a "patch job" on these would be effective or replacement is the only option. I was told there is a TSB on these units, but have not found/seen one. Please let me know your thoughts.
