Poor Dometic Fridge Latch

I'm sure this has been asked a few times but could not find it so please move if I'm i
My Question is about the crappy door handle on the Dometic fridge. The latch is made so cheap and People don't realize they should push on the knob before opening so now it won't stay closed unless I push something under the handle while shutting it...Has anybody come up with a better design that would replace that handle or do I just keep replacing it with the same crappy one..lol. Please let me know if there is a better way...Thank you and happy Camping!!
