Power stabilizing system help

Went to raise my PSX1 stabilizers and they go 2" off of ground and they stopped going up....

Sounds like the motor sped up some (like something stripped). It was 22 degrees outside.

Switch has power, motor makes noise but nothing moves up or down.

The rear set raised with no issues.

Also could not raise them with the wrench.

Cut the power wire going to the motor (desperation as we were pulling out!) and still could not raise them manually.

Motor locked up?

Ended up removing the entire system (8 bolts) so we could leave.

Anyone had an issue with these?
