Question Problems with a direct satelite hookup

Just purchased a 2012 Columbus fifth wheel unit and are attempting a direct satelite hookup - having problems and have been told it may be the factory installed splitter. Any solutions, and also is this possible just in the living room or can it be connected at the bedroom tv as well? Currently have the connection coming thru the window connected direct - otherwise, gets no signal.

I also have the 320RS and cannot get the satellite feed into the bedroom or basement. It goes to the living room only. Not just a Palomino issue..... We haven't taken it in for that reason.... Time enough at the end of the season!!
