problems with tv antenna

we have a 2015 Gray Wolf toy hauler and have never been able to get the TV to work. we did get a DVR connected so we could watch movies, but can't get any tv channels in any of the campgrounds we have been in. took a look at it from inside and it looks like the wires are hooked up wrong, but really don't know why it isn't working. anybody got any ideas? thanks

Power supply on? I know lots of people get OTA reception, but we have never had good luck. To cure the problem, I take my sat receiver with me.

There is a little button (sometimes hard to see) on the wall outlet where you hook up the coax that will turn on (or off) the antenna amplifier. A light will show when it is on. Without the amplifier turned on you will NOT get any OTA reception. When you are hooked up to cable you need to have the amplifier turned off. Also you need to run a setup on your TV for either OTA reception or cable (with or without a cable box). I hope that helps.
