Propane dryer in Rv?

I have access to a frigidaire stackable washer and dryer. It's coming from a small condo that I'm renovating. My question is can the gas dryer be run on its own 20 lb propane tank? I don't want to run addition lines to the Rv's tanks and having a separate tank would be much easier. I think it would work. Or will it?

Hello,
Can it be converted to propane if it isn't already. Need large vent and make up air as well clearance to combustibles would need to be checked.
