Propane not lighting
I have a problem with the propane not lighting on my 2005 cedar creek.
The ignition is not firing for some reason. I've got voltage so I'm thinking the igniter might be my problem.
Is there anything else I should be looking at?

I had a very strange thing happen to my 2016 Cedar Creek last week the propane regulator failed after one year of use. My wife was complaining that the stove burners would not light when she turn the spark igniter to light them. I check the propane bottles and they were full. So I did some trouble shooting and it turn out that the regulator had failed. I replaced the regulator and everything worked correctly now.
So you may want to check your propane regulator to see if this has failed.

If you're trying to light something after the RV has been sitting for a while, try the stove. In the spring it can often take up to 30 seconds with the burner on full for it to light.
We too have had a regulator failure, but just the part that automatically switches tanks when the selected tank empties.

Stove?
Furnace?
Water heater?
Refrigerator?
My unit has check valves where the two tank propane lines screw into the sides of the regulator. I could get propane from one tank but not the other. One of my check valves had failed. I replaced it and all is well.

It is the hot water. Tried everything I can think of like fusing the tstat. Without a test lite or voltage tester I'm limited.
I think it might be a board problem. I'll check that tomorrow when I get a piece of wire and put 12volt to the tstats

Well I put 12volt directly to the board from battery power and my water heater kicked on.
What I don't have is 12volt coming to the board. Unless I run a wire
Is there a trip switch that I'm missing. I checked all my fuses and wall switch.

Dude, give us a few minutes. Some of us actually have other lives. 
Which RV do you have?
What brand and model is the heater?
Did you just jump across the thermostat/hi limit cutout?
Is there a switch inside the RV that turns the heater on? If so have you tried jumping across that switch to see if that's the problem?
Did you test the fuses in the panel, not just look at them. Sometimes they look good even though they're blown.

Gotta give people a little time to respond, it takes a minute for people to see the thread and updates.
Did you jump the switch on the inside of the TT to rule that out? There may be a fuse/limit/something coming to the inside or going from the switch to the board. Try just jumping the switch. Did you test the actual fuses or just a visual inspection?

He has a 2005 Cedar Creek he has a Suburban SW10DE water heater.
To the OP. You need to chill for a minute. Do you have gas in the tanks? Are the tanks turned on? Can you light the stove top burners? Like someone elso has already mentioned if the gas has been off for more than a day or two it is very likely you have an air bubble in the lines. Start by lighting the stove top burners and let them brun for a minute or so. Then try starting the water heater by flipping the switch on the control panel. Go outside and listen for clicking. Do you hear anything? Yes, then you nčed to try a few times turning off the switch, wait a few seconds and turn on again.
No. Then its very possible the control board is bad. Control board is mounted on a wall above the water heater. Follow the big red wire from the ignitor to the board. There is nothing you can do to check or test the board or ignitor.
From what your saying there is no voltage to the control board? That means a blown fuse or a bad switch. Go buy a cheap volt meter. Open the fuse panel, check for blown fuses. Water heater should be fused.

Yeah I tested the switch inside and also pulled and check out the fuses.
One thing that happened when I jumped the switch inside the trailer the 15amp fuse popped.

Guy's I have the fridge also on propane so yes the tanks are turned on and regulators are working.
Yes I put power to the board and it works. The heater lit up when I run 12volt to the board.

Is it possible that you accidentally touched the negative wire when jumping the switch, and that's what blew the fuse?
At what point are you losing power?
It should go from fuse in panel > switch > hi-limit > thermostat > control board.
I assume, because you blew a fuse when you jumped the switch, that you have power to the switch.
Do you have power from the switch to the hi-limit/thermostat?
