I know I've taken my shots at the quality of my Concertone receiver/player, and I still stand behind what I've previously said. However, they do get props for how they handled my stereo (indirectly). I was having some issues with my stereo crackling and humming when the audio was from the TV. I took my trailer in to the dealer, their response was to turn the bass down
After I was told to come pickup my trailer because everything was fixed (had a few other minor issues I was getting fixed at the same time) and saw their notes, I demonstrated to them that it happens even with bass 100% off and volume turned down to 1 (when it hits 0 it would stop). Finally they agreed to replace my stereo when they were stumped and couldn't figure it out.
Here is where Concertone comes in. My trailer (a 2012 Puma, so brand new) came with a ZX700. I got the call today that my replacement stereo had come in (I had previously agreed that I would install it so I wouldn't have to drag my trailer down there again) and I could come get it. I head down to the dealer and to my surprise, Concertone had sent me the new Genesis GT-3.0!!! (ZX800, or whatever else they are called) Even my dealer didn't notice the upgrade until I pointed it out to them.
Now I have the ability to send my HDMI video and optical audio directly to my stereo. The upgrade was much appreciated.
Thanks Bob and the gang at Concertone!
