Quiet cool a/c

Hello everyone I'm looking to see if anyone with a 2013 Crusader 320 that has the "Quiet Cool" a/c system are having problems with the return air duct work. Mine seems to have collapsed, a bad design or something I"m going to have to pay for too repair?

Can you provide pictures about what makes you think the return air duct work has collapsed? This leg of the forum is for the "meet and greet". So, Welcome from Southern Illinois...
