Anyone have a problem turning their radio off? Can't get any of the buttons to work.

I have one of those little Furrions in my Surveyor. It has some tiny buttons and looks nothing like a radio. I also had trouble turning it off, nothing is intuitive on it. I hold the button down for a second or two and it turns off. The AM/FM reception on mine is non-existent.
I had to upload an instruction manual since one did not come with my coach..it has some of the HDMI, Bluetooth and USB stuff I know nothing about.

He took it out of its hole, volume button wasn't working either. Working now plus he cleaned up all the garbage they left behind it.

Thanks, I need to pull mine out, I doubt anything is plugged into the antenna behind the radio.
