Radio?? Antenna on 5th Wheel--also satellite plugs?

we just bought a Sandpiper 5th wheel. I have what looks to be a Radio type antenna on the back right side up above the outdoor kitchen. I have no clue what it connected to or how to connect to it.

Inside behind the TV there are connections that are labeled for Coax.... the TV is connect into the antenna setting but works great with the park cable.
There is another than is labeled cable but it will not work with the park cable.

Then up above that is a dark brown outlet box with 2 coax connections. I have no clue as to what they connect to???

I have no clue also where to connect the satellite receiver. The 5th wheel is supposed to be wired for satellite and in the main board that comes into the fifth wheel it shows 3 connections of where I can plug the antenna...however, there is no indication inside as to where I plug the receiver.

Any help on any of these issues would be appreciated.
