Rear AC Vibrates and is Very Loud in Bedroom

We have a 2014 FR GTXL360DS which is equipped with two overhead AC roof units. The living room AC unit is very quiet but the bedroom AC unit heavily vibrates and is very noisy. Has anyone had this problem and if so how do you resolve it without taking it into an FR dealer?

Check the compressor fan for dirt daubbers. They can throw it off balance and cause vibrations. Good luck.

Yes on open the top side. Remove the cover and see if anything is in there at all that should not be. Snake, lizard, mud dobber or even a rag left by someone could cause unbalance.

Also be sure to make sure the fan blades are secure on the shaft. They can come loose if not installed correctly.

Get to know your unit as you must sleep under it.

I had my blower motor replaced at the Goshen rally. The bearings were going out according to Airxcel, it did not vibrate but was very noisy. The new blower motor quieted it down considerably.
