You prolly have to go into menu and change the setting from AIR\CABLE to DVD. Happy hunting.

Color me dumb, but I do not find that choice. It is either air or cable.
I'm looking at the TV menu - channel tab

Do you have the Jensen remote? press "source / input" it will change to Hdmi, tv, cable. What cable is connected to the DVD?

The only connection to the tv is a coax cable. I have tried every one of the sources (av1/2/hdmi, etc). Since the signal coming in is the coax, i have even tried old school channel 3, but it just jumps to the next digital channel.

If that's the antenna coax, the DVD player is not connected to the tv. That's why is just giving you the an/cable option. If you can, take the DVD unit from the wall and look for the cable. If the TV have just one coax cable the dvd is not connected.

The dvd center is in the dash. I thought the distribution box was Supposed to do all the switching. The disto box is wired(not a clue!how) with buttons for front tv, outside tv, and rear tv. With a dvd playing, i tried all the buttons on the disto box and all of the source options on the tv. The only thing going to the rear tv is air antenna

Did it work at delivery? Is the front/cabin tv working good with a DVD?

Front tv works fine. It gets dvd thru av1. Did it work at delivery - don't know since the walk thru tech's main answer was "I dunno". Guess I should have pushed for more thorough tech. Its my first R V and it was pretty overwhelming. I've called the dealer, but they arent calling back. Since they re 400 miles away, i cant just run back to them. Has not been a satsfying experience so far.
Thanks for trying to help.

Sorry about that, I'm sure it will be an easy fix, maybe others will give you an answer soon. Let the other tv running with the DVD and start playing with all the source buttons and maybe the pic will come up. Since the front tv is getting the DVD signal, is maybe a loose cable from the tv or disto box. I know is a new unit, but I would take that box out and check the connections on the back. Lol! Blessings.

On my 2014 Georgetown the input from the dash mounted DVD player is connected to the main TV with RCA plugs (yellow/red/white). It is not connected to the rear TV through the switch box (Coax Cable). I went through the entire AV cabling system when I installed my satellite dome and found some "interesting" things. I think the system is designed by dyslexic chimps.

I have rca plugs going into the frontbtv (dvd = av1), so its probably the same thing. I agree with the monkey comment. Looks like I will have something to do this winter. Might just put a dvd player in the rear and call it good. Thanks for the response
