40' Berkshire/forest river. (2012)
freezer section gets very cold, the refrig section does not. seems to take a
long time to get cold

put a bottle of water in fridge and wait for 24 hours, then check

That's kind of the nature of the beast... they DO take awhile... and longer if you open it frequently checking temps. Generally flipping it on 12-24 hours before you're ready to head out will get your temps down to where you want them.
