Refrigerator and Batteries

On an XLR 35X12 w/Dometic refrig....When you are plugged in on 110VAC power, will the refrigerator still run if the battery is dead? or do you need at least some charge in the battery to make it run?

Yes Battery will get charge while on shore power . No charge or battery is needed on shore power. Your converter makes Plenty of 12 v to run fridge + lights etc.

Their will be several items that will not work (including the Fridge) without the battery. The fan in the Fridge needs 12vdc.
