Refrigerator light

Our light inside quit working...we changed the bulb, and it still didn't work. Took our Silverback in for some warranty work and when they check it...they stated it worked fine for them.
We never confirmed that it worked ... We decided to take a short trip for the weekend and guess what..it's not working. Any suggestions? We hard hooked up to 50 amp, everything else is working fine... Thanks!

Our Norcold frig light will only stay on for about a minute or 2and goes off automatically. Have to close the door and open it again for it the light to work.

On our old fridge it worked when ever the door was opened, on our silverback the light only comes on if the fridge switch is on!

Hey Bogey3025,
My fridge was doing the same thing, changed bulbs and checked everything I could think of. Then I just grabbed the plastic switch arm and moved it back and forth and front to back and it worked. Seems like the spring inside the switch is too weak to turn light on. Didn't try to replace the switch yet, but when we use it I have a small piece of foam I wedge in the switch that pushes the arm out enough to turn light on.
Hope that helps. Good Luck!
