Refrigerator not cooling

We are on a cross country trip and having issue with Dometic 4 door refrigerator on our Forester 3011DS. Yesterday while traveling the temp went up to 44 degrees. We have it on the 5 setting. Overnight while parked, the temp never went down. Switched to propane this morning for about 3 hours and it still never changed. Outside temps between 65-70. Any suggestions on what to check? Seems to have power and interior fan is running, interior light comes on. It just is not cooling down. TIA

Can you post the model number of the fridge?

It's most likely some version of a DM1350.

When was the last time it worked?

Have you pulled the access grate off the outside to see if there's something blocking the air flow across the coils? Also check for any residue that may indicate that the system is leaking.

If the air flow isn't blocked and you don't see any residue, take a small fan and direct the flow from it into the access opening and let it run for several hours and see if it starts to cool down.
