Refrigerator too cold
We have a Sunseeker 1 1/2 years old. The refrigerator is too cold. It is a regular MH fridge. Camping Work supposedly put in a new thermostat to correct this. It is still too cold. Typically freezer is 6, but the problem is the fridge part gets down to 36. I have adjusted the slide on the fin as far down as possible. I have made sure the "tip" is properly inserted.

If the lower part of frig is around 36 nothing wrong with that as this where I keep mine at. What setting are you using for the frig? You also may want to check your thermometers. Later RJD

It ruins some foods. There are no settings, just the slide on the fin (unlike our previous MH). I use a wireless thermometers to monitor. I have tested them by putting an additional therm. in the fridge.

all over, small fridge. I even have a battery operated small fan to stir things up! We also get immediate frost build up in freezer. I know, have been told it humidly, opening and closing. But we don't do it that much, it's only my husband and me. I am going to get a small ice bucket for evening cocktails to cut back the opening and closing. But it starts quickly.

Move the thermistor over to the left one or two fins where it is colder it will shut off sooner.

Sound like a good fridge, mine stays at 30 deg.
DW doesn't like it that cold her DC freezes, told her to put them in the bottom drawer and water on top all works great.
Above 36 deg. Is bad at 40 the food goes bad.

OP says 1 1/2 year old Sun Seeker and new thermostat has been put in and has tried adjusting the temperature adjustment slider on the fin.

Leaning towards a control board issue and not just a thermistor problem. I don't suppose you know how CW determined it needed a new one and are you sure they replaced it?
As others have posted 36 to 38 in the fridge section is Ideal.
Going to give you a cheat to try, if you are at the bottom of the last fin on the right move the thermistor and holder over two fins toward the left and position the thermistor in the center vertically on the fin. This will make the thermistor react sooner as the fins are cooler the further left you go, that's why you see ice and condensation more on the left. This will cause the refrigerator not to run as long. You may have to make adjustments to get to what ever temperature you are after. This will not have any damaging effect on you refrigerator.
