Yup. I thought that was the problem. It's Happy Hour here in Missouri. Thanks for all suggestions.

I'm glad someone's having fun. I'm stuck in an airport in the middle of Louisiana.

Go to snip-the -tip.com That's what I did now I have great control over the fridge and freezer. I also have small fans on the inside coils and added fans at the rear. Fridge temp holds at 35º and freezer at 0º @ 95º outside air temp.

I had the probe come out of the slider and my temp was very low. I emailed Dometic to find the right position and on mine the probe should be at the top of the slider. I used a little silicone to keep it there. Then I noticed it moved on it's own because the cable was rather stiff. I added one of those medium sized binder clips to hold it in place better.

One other cheap check... Make sure the probe is touching the metal. No touchie no workie. Maybe it is too low.

I assume bad probe or bad contact.

Sounds like you need to lower temp after all the other adjustments you made. I would add a frig battery fan to help control. Later RJD

http://www.smartrvproducts.com/fridge-fix.html

this is the fan I use in my fridge. I do not get ice or frost on my fins now. cools and circulates much better. stays 33 in fridge and 10 in freezer cold enough to keep ice cream frozen and make ice.
