Refrigerator Vent Covered With Insulation

I bought my trailer used and the previous owner had replaced the built-in fridge with a mini fridge. He placed thick yellow insulation around the back of it. When I go to the fridge vent on the back of the trailer I see that the insulation is covering it the entire inside of the vent. I would think that the fridge would need ventilation. Do I need to have insulation behind the fridge?

Thanks for your help.
