RamblerGuy,

In the pix that you posted ... is that for a Norcold or Dometic fridge? I have the Norcold and I'm trying to figure out where the wiring is for that silly door seal heater thing.

if the fridge is getting cold then the freezer should also as it's all one unit first the freezer and then a cooling tube goes to fridge after the freezer . so cold fridge and not freezing freezer first is move the thermistor up on the fins in fridge . i see you had done that and the fridge got too cold and the freezer staid the same then you have other issues nonne of which have been brought up . you'll need to check the seal around the cooling unit behind the fridge , make sure door seals are good . a dollar bill closed in the door and you should not be able to easily pull it out . if that's good check the defrost heater . if all is good back to the dealer then
