Reminder, for Dometic A/C in high heat!

If you have a Dometic A/C and thermostat and the temperature inside your rig is over 99˚, the A/C won't start until the temperature on the thermostat is below 100˚. Best way to get it down is place a bag of ice wrapped in a towel and place it over the thermostat until it drops.
Stay cool my friend!

Good info. I'm sure that'll get a few people in the next few months.

since we are on thermostats, I have the old manual one, I want to swap it out to a digital. I want a direct replacement. I found one for my Outback that I sold after I got my Cedar Creek, any info please, thanks

Why a direct replacement, they are pricey. Try this A/C mod, its cheaper, not that hard and works great!!

Yep, depends on the thermostat you have.

We carry a can of 'air duster' (the pressurized spray can you clean your keyboards with) just for this purpose. A few seconds of spray and the thermostat is cool enough to start.

In AZ this time of year it is a common occurrence

Bob can you expand on that comment? Maybe a few picture, being in Florida any tips can help.
