Removing concertone

All,
I know this is a long and debated topic, but what is the easiest way to remove the unit besides ripping it out and throwing it away. Other then minor issues this weekend, the Concertone was my biggest disappointment. With it being a new TT, I will need to take it to the dealer, who can't get me in until Saturday, to look at warranty issues. I want to check the back of the unit to make sure everything is connected right and see what I have to work with. Right now, I have black and white video, noisy sound from disc spinning, and less then quality sound. Hopefully, I can get the dealer to work with me to improve the system. If not, I am going to find something better. Thanks,

Chances are the sound issue is the speakers not the head unit. Our V-Lite has less than stellar audio and after looking at the speakers it makes sense, even the sub looks kinda junky. But then our old Edgewater had even worse sound quality. I will be replacing the entire speaker setup with some Infinity units next year. Sorry I can't help with the video issue but I would assue the face plate is removable and then there would be some mounting screws behind that.

Good luck getting things fixed up.
