Removing the TV

I have a Forest River 2007 31RLSS trailer. Just now wiring up satellite but can't get a signal on the TV. Have concluded something is unplugged. Anyone know how to get the #%*@##X built-in flat screen TV off the wall???

Apparently there are several different ways that they are mounted, so I will tell you how ours is. At the top of the mount there are 4 ears that slide down into mating slots on the wall portion of the mount. Near the bottom of the TV portion of the mount there is a fairly small latching device that cannot be seen and must be located by feel. Reach underneath the TV and pull the latch slightly towards you while lifting the TV set. Once the latch is released the TV can be lifted off of the wall mount. Other mounting systems work differently, so can't help you there.

Mine is slightly different.
There is a "V" mount on the back of the TV that slides into a matching "V" on the entertainment center.
No latches it just uses friction to hold it.
To remove it it I grasp each side of the tv and kind of rock each side up and down slightly while lifting upwards.
It has to slide up about 5-6".

Hope that helps.
