repair parts for Jensen TVs

I have a 2012 CC 36RE which came with JENSEN TV's.
Now at 18 months I have an issue with the 42 in the LR.
I managed to remove TV from unit an took it to a tv repair shop. They have a problem trying to find replacment parts and I have been trying for 2 days now to find a place to get replacement parts so they can call. I have talked to customer service and support at ASA electronics,
they make/assemble to parts to come up with a JENSEN tv no help.

Can anyone help us?

I have searched nation wide For parts. I guess I head to local electronics store for a new set.
