replacement radio antennea?

Hi all, Yes another complaint with a brand new unit. The radio antennae even with the "booster" on is still a P.O.S. The radio will only get 1-2 stations in areas where other radios (like in the truck) get many. Is it possible to install an aftermarket antennae to this instead of the tv/radio one that is there now?

Mine was on the roof...of course a limb got it. Tore a spot on the roof and I had to break out the eternabond.
I bought a stick-on indoor antenna from eBay...I think it was like $5. I installed inside the cabinet/under the TV and beside the stereo. I couldn't see an easy way to get the wire to the ceiling of the MB. Works fine for me.
