I replaced mine with the clear vinyl hose. There are two screws on the back. Pull off the access panel on the outside to get to those two. There are 4 screws on the inside. Two are at the bottom and two at the top, look in the corners. You may need to remove some of the metal trim to get to the bottom ones and the top plastic where your on/off, gas, etc. buttons are. You will also need to disconnect the gas line and the battery. Are you pulling the unit all the way out from the cabinet?

I bought mine at Lowes somewhere about the same price of .50 and drilled small holes in it as well. I couldn't see spending a couple dollars for a new one and $12.00 to ship it. they could have stuck it in an envelope and mailed it for .49
