Residential Fridge Removal

I have a 2017 Georgetown 364TS with a residential refrigerator in it. The freezer has quit working and we have a service tech coming out this week to look at it. I was told by the service company (and the others that I called) that I need to pull the fridge out of its location so the tech has access to the back of it.

Is this a simple project? Is there any hidden screws or pins that I need to know about to remove the fridge?

Our Samsung has a band that is screwed to the back wall and runs up the sides and wraps around the front to keep it from coming out. Yours most likely has something like that. Just look around and you are sure to find something.

In my Sanibel you have to remove a wine shelf or rack that is above the refrigerator. Then you have to remove the screws from the back bracket that attaches the refrigerator to the back wall. Others that I have seen are very similar.
