RM 1350 fridge fans problem

Hi !

I recently bought a Georgetown 2012 model 378 in spring 2011.

It has a 4 doors Dometic refrigerator.

Model: RM1350WIMSSX
Serie: 10997559
MFG: 958530335

The problem is that the fridge is very noisy when it's hot.
Both fans in the back are working 23 hours on 24.
So, this sound is really unsustainable, especially when the kids are sleeping next to.
My repairer suggested me to shut the fans down because 95% of refrigerators don't even have this.
I don't agree with that because the fridge works well, except for the sound.

I think about 2 problems:
Firstly, the sensors must be defective and too much sensitive to heating, so the fans are working non-stop.

Secondly, the fans are defectives.
I would like to know the specifications of the fans, for example

Size: width and depth
amperage
voltage

I want to replace these fans by better quality fans, with bearings and a lot more quiet.
I will pay for the fans, but I don't want hear them anymore !
I'm waiting for an answer as soon as possible.
A discouraged client
Thank you very much !!

just bought a lacrosse with the same fridge, pdi man warned me about the loud fans. I am interested in some sort of solution for this also. my fridge is in a slide out so it doesn't have the usual venting, is yours the same?
