Has anyone else had any issues with the handles on the new outdoor grill? My grill handles keep stripping out of the bolts when i pick it up. All 3 of my handles have come part. Any ideas?

Get longer screws and new nuts and drill thru the handle into the grill if it isn't already. I have put the head of the screw on the inside of the grill and put nyloc nuts on the outside.
If heat is involved I would use Steel Loc nuts,not Nylocks. Youroo!!
If you put the nuts on the outside you don't have to worry about the heat. Mine held up for 4 seasons on the 08 model we had and are holding up just fine on our 12 model.
Oh good, I thought it was just me. Those handles are junk. I ended up using the red loctite, and on a couple of the bolts I had to skip on the inside washer because that one extra thread made a difference going into the handle. So now 2 out of 3 are good, but looks like I will have to redo 1 of them.
