Rockwood sound system
I have a Rockwood T.T. with a IRV66 sound system and you can not get the volume down and hiss on the speakers playing the radio and TV.
So far no one has helped me including the dealer.

There have been issues with this radio and Patric industries will replace it. If you are handie you can replace your self I did. They will send you a replacement.
Here is the info Bob Fields RV Tronics 781-281-9440. Explain to him the issue. You will be required to furnish a credit card num just to make sure you send them the old radio back. Later RJD

The iRV66 is very, very easy to replace. You will be amazed at the excellent customer service you will receive from RV Tronics.

There are many, many posts here about the iRV radios.
Search is your friend.
I don't know who has let you down as far as getting help but every post I've read here about problems with iRV appear to be resolved once you contact the factory.

Don't take it to dealer, you will end up with yet another junk system. Patrick Industries will get you a good one. Cover trim 4 screws and plug and play wiring. Super simple!

Or call Todd Eash (sounds like Esh) at (574) 293-1521 or (574) 295-5223. Those are both good numbers. One goes directly to Bob and the other goes to his office. Bob will take care of it for you.
