Roo 21SS iRV 33/Furion TV problems

We took delivery of our 21SS a few weeks ago, and we're in the process of outfitting it for travel in June.

While setting up the electronics, I found that I could not get the 'TV Audio' feature to work. Upon inspection, I discovered that the audio cables had been inserted into the wrong female plugs on both the TV and Radio/Amplifier. I obviously had to pull the unit to find the problem on that end. Sloppy work by either the dealer or Forest River. But now it works.

But I can't get a DVD picture to work on the TV. The DVD plays, we can hear the sound track. But no picture appears. I still see the pic from the stations that the antenna gathers, and I can't find button on the Furion remote to switch between air/cable/dvd. What am I missing? Is there another cable I might need? The only transmission cable attached to the TV is the co-ax from the TV/Cable panel.

Thanks for your help!

Im not sure about your model but before i replace mine, from the stereo/dvd combo unit there was a video/audio cable going to tv, yellow/red/white. There has to be some sort of video cable from the dvd to the tv in order to see a picture!

You might only have a yellow cable going to the TV. It is not an HDMI cable.
